The role offers a minimum of two days per week, with additional shifts available to cover annual leave and periods of increased demand.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist dermatologists with consultations and procedures,
including biopsies, skin excisions
- Coordinate dermatologist consulting and procedural lists to ensure efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Deliver high-quality pre- and post-procedure patient care and education
- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment and consumables for procedures
- Maintain infection control standards, sterilisation processes and clinical stock
- Assist with biologic therapy administration, patient education and ongoing management
- Perform photodynamic therapy (PDT)
- Process and manage PBS/PRODA registrations and associated documentation where required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic, including reception duties when required
Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum three years' experience working in a specialist dermatology practice
- Minimum two years' post-graduate nursing experience
- Demonstrated ability to independently coordinate a dermatologist's consulting and procedural lists
- Experience with biologic therapies, including patient education and PBS/PRODA registrations
- Excellent knowledge of dermatological procedures and patient management
- Ability to anticipate the needs of dermatologists and proactively manage workflow in a busy clinic
- High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and patient care skills
- A calm, skilled and collaborative approach
- Confidence working in a fast-paced specialist practice with minimal supervision
- Experience with lasers highly regarded
