About the Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Site Supervisor to join our roofing Division, based in Warrnambool.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll oversee on-site installation activities, coordinate teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervising and supporting builders and subcontractors on-site

Conducting pre- and post-installation inspections

Completing site measures and coordinating work schedules

Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

Troubleshooting and resolving site issues as they arise





Providing technical guidance and leadership to teams

Managing job documentation and reporting via system apps

What You’ll Bring

Strong background in roofing (metal, fascia, guttering)

Previous leadership experience or readiness to step into supervision

White Card (General Construction Induction)

Robust attention to detail with a safety-first mindset

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A proactive, reliable and solutions-focused approach
