About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment? We’re looking for a Packaging Supervisor to lead a small team and drive safe, efficient, and high-quality output on the production line. This is a practical, people-focused role where you’ll support and develop team members while ensuring operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate production line setup, ensuring job requirements are clear and met
- Monitor and optimise line performance to improve efficiency and output
- Conduct quality checks and address any product or process issues




- Provide on-the-job training and upskilling aligned to individual capabilities and plans
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Partner with Support Mentors to address barriers and support team performance

About You

- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Robust leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach
- Focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Ability to train, guide, and motivate a diverse workforce
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who works well across teams
