The Role

Join our team as a Legal Assistant to support our General Personal Injury team.

Key Responsibilities

- Opening/closing files




- Preparation and filing of court documents
- Corresponding with defendant solicitors, clients, barristers and the Court
- Diary management
- Thorough understanding of the litigation process and procedures
- Client management
- Preparing briefs to Counsel

Skills & Experience

- Exceptional client service
- Outstanding attention to detail
- High level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Genuine passion for personal injury law
