Key Responsibilities:
- Flight documentation and operational reporting
- Aircraft turnaround coordination
- Communication with ground handling service providers
- Coordination with Sydney Airport and government authorities
- Respond to passenger complaints and provide professional resolution.
- Maintain daily flight statistics and monthly reporting.
- Perform administrative and support duties as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced airport workplace
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
- Strong attention to detail
- Language ability is highly regarded
