About the Role

Our company is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to assist with supporting our care team and clients in their homes.



This unique opportunity will allow you to put your wealth of experience and knowledge into a mentor style role.

Job description would include and not be limited to:

- Hybrid community and office-based role
- Regular involvement with clients in their homes
- Conducting clinical training to our support team
- Completion of client specific Nursing Care Plans
- Clinical sign off for staff competency
- Attending clinical shifts in the community if required
- Assisting with onboarding of new clients
- Providing clinical expertise at both client and stakeholder meetings

Key competencies we are looking for include:

- Clinical educator experience
- Paediatric Tracheostomy and Ventilator management
- Enteral feeding, Seizure management, Bladder and Bowel care
