What You’ll Do
As part of our strong Supply Chain team, you’ll perform a key role in coordinating inventory and services, enabling us to deliver the right product to the right customer at the right time.
Key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain finished goods purchase orders, ensuring all information remains accurate and up to date throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery process for purchase orders, working closely with the Regional Buying Office, freight partners and distribution centres to support timely product availability.
- Maintain accurate product and purchase order information within Hallmark's systems, providing visibility of order status and supporting business planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate the Sales Order Process for seasonal products.
- Coordinate outbound customer order fulfilment, ensuring products are available, orders are processed accurately, and delivery commitments are met.
A competitive salary is available which will be dependent on experience.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a committed team player, used to dealing with global systems and extensive purchasing needs. With outstanding admin skills, a can-do attitude and motivated to really own the role.
You must also have
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory planning or supply chain coordination.
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work both autonomously and within a team.
- The ability to build effective working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
