You will manage a caseload, deliver screening, triage, assessment, and coordinated referrals from site and outreach visits.
The role requires a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent, or 5 years of relevant experience; drivers licence; and knowledge of risk assessment, MARAM and family services.
