As Streamline Contracting continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our Operations Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys managing multiple projects, developing people and delivering high-quality civil construction works.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll oversee multiple concurrent projects across metropolitan and regional Western Australia, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and within budget.

The Opportunity
This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for the successful delivery of multiple construction projects simultaneously , with a strong focus on civil construction.
Working closely with the Operations Manager and Project Managers, you will lead site teams while coordinating labour, plant, subcontractors and suppliers across several active projects.
Your ability to prioritise resources,
mentor people and maintain strong client relationships will be critical to your success.
This is not a fulltime FIFO position
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the safe and effective delivery of multiple concurrent construction projects.
Lead and mentor Leading Hands, operators, tradespeople, apprentices and subcontractors.
Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and materials across multiple active sites.
Deliver earthworks, drainage, concrete, roadworks, underground services and associated infrastructure works.
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Plan and monitor project programmes and resource allocation.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings and daily pre‑starts.
Maintain compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements and quality management systems.
Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Review drawings, specifications and construction methodologies.
Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, QA documentation and site diaries.
Identify operational risks and implement practical solutions.
Assist the Operations Manager with workforce planning, scheduling and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
We're looking for an experienced construction professional who enjoys leading teams and delivering successful projects.
You will ideally have:
Minimum 5 years' experience supervising civil construction projects.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong background in earthworks, drainage, concrete,
roadworks and civil infrastructure.
Proven experience coordinating direct labour, subcontractors and plant resources.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial awareness with the ability to balance safety, quality, programme and budget.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong understanding of Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
Current White Card.
Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
Relevant trade qualification or Certificate IV/Diploma in Construction (highly regarded).
