In this pivotal role, you'll be the link between our technicians, customers, and internal teams, ensuring field service jobs are scheduled, coordinated, and completed efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating and scheduling field service work for our technicians
- Providing administrative support to the Field Service team
- Communicating with customers to confirm bookings and provide service updates
- Processing service reports, purchase orders, and timesheets
- Maintaining accurate job records and service documentation
- Assisting with invoicing and general service administration
- Working closely with the wider Guildford team to deliver outstanding customer experiences

What You’ll Bring:

- Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Administration, or similar support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive,



team-oriented attitude and proactive approach to work
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and administrative systems
- Experience within the heavy vehicle, automotive, mining, or equipment industry will be highly regarded
