Are you an experienced Social-first Senior Account Manager and available to start asap? This initial freelance assignment has the potential to move to a permanent role.

Our client is an independent full-service agency who use the convergence of culture, authentic relationships, technology and content consumption to deliver work that resonates, engages and entertains.

You will lead influencer strategy and management for two of Australia’s leading baby and toddler formula brands – an interest in this area is important.

With an initial 3 days per week, and flex in days and hours required over the next 3- 5 months, perfect for someone looking for part-time hours.

You will be the influencer & social lead across two sister formula brands operating in the families and infant space. Scope includes influencer strategy and management, with quarterly PR and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the ICP (brand planning) process for 2027 alongside the broader agency village, working closely with a strategist and other team members
- Own and deliver the pitch and agency integration
- Build an end-to-end influencer marketing strategy for both brands
- Identify and plan key PR moments and events aligned to key dates on the brands’ marketing calendars




- Translate the overarching creative master brand strategy into social media and influencer marketing execution
- Manage day-to-day influencer relationships, briefing, negotiation and campaign delivery
- Act as a confident, senior day-to-day contact for the client

You will have:

- Proven experience as an Account Manager / Senior Account Manager within an influencer, PR or social agency
- Deep understanding of the Australian influencer landscape, particularly within the parenthood and family space
- Experience building and running end-to-end influencer marketing strategies
- Comfortable working within brand planning / ICP-style processes, including pitch backs and tissue sessions
- A self-starter who can hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
- Confident, creative and highly motivated
- Strong collaborator, able to work effectively within a broader agency village model
