This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded accountant looking to make a move from audit into a broad and influential finance role.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will own core group accounting and reporting end to end, with exposure to technical accounting, project finance, operational decision-making and senior stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.

You will also be close to Endura's finance systems agenda. We are implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations as our core ERP, and this role will help embed it and then own it from the finance side once live. That systems ownership is an significant and ongoing part of the role,



sitting alongside the day-to-day finance responsibilities rather than replacing them.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Sydney CBD, five days per week. Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, half-year and annual financial statements in compliance with AASB and IFRS requirements.

Month-End Close. Lead month-end close activities, including journals, accruals, reversals, P&L; analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.

Audit Management. Coordinate year-end audit processes and serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors.

Technical Accounting. Provide strong technical accounting guidance across complex transactions, including share-based payments, business combinations and other specialised accounting matters.

Tax Compliance. Oversee compliance obligations including BAS, payroll tax, FBT and corporate income tax.

Payroll, Administration and Insurance. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely payments; manage insurance programs and annual policy renewals.

Compliance and Statutory Reporting. Assist with statutory reporting and regulatory compliance across Australian and New Zealand entities.

Finance Systems and ERP Ownership. Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, then act as the finance-side owner of the platform once live: maintaining ERP data integrity,



chart of accounts and financial configuration, strengthening internal controls, and making sure the system continues to serve group reporting and month-end as the business scales.

Process Improvement. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, automation and business intelligence.

Leadership. Mentor and develop junior finance team members while contributing to a high-performance finance culture.

About

You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

CA or CPA qualification (CA preferred).

4 to 5+ years' experience, including 3 to 4 years within a Big 4 or leading mid-tier audit firm.

Strong technical expertise in AASB and IFRS.

Experience preparing statutory financial statements.

Exposure to complex, multi-entity corporate environments.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, or a comparable ERP platform, ideally including involvement in an implementation, upgrade or the ongoing administration of the finance modules.

Industry experience within mining, resources, construction or project-based environments (highly regarded).

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency across Microsoft 365 applications, including Power BI, SharePoint and Teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities.

A proactive, commercially minded and technology-focused approach. Practical experience with AI tools, or a genuine interest in how AI and automation can transform a finance function, is a strong bonus and fits well with where Endura is heading.
