ABOUT THE ROLE
My client is a growing business services firm with a small team, a diverse client base, and a reputation built on doing excellent work without the politics. Their clients range from SMEs and family businesses to high-net-worth individuals and emerging growth companies — they value their proactive advice and ability to genuinely understand their businesses.
They've grown steadily and have no plans to slow down. As they add clients and complexity, they need a Senior Accountant who wants to grow with them — someone who takes pride in their technical work, builds robust client relationships, and is looking for a role with real autonomy and long-term career potential.
THE ROLE
This is a broad, hands-on accounting role with end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of business services clients. You’ll manage the full accounts preparation process for entities across a range of structures and industries, providing timely and accurate financial information with a commercial edge.
You won’t be siloed into one task. You’ll be involved across the accounting cycle — from workpapers and tax compliance through to client meetings and advisory conversations. Over time, there is a clear pathway to take on greater client relationship management and leadership responsibility within the team.
