Information Technology Services (ITS) Full time, fixed-term position through to December 2026 Base salary will be in the range $106,709 - $116,198 + 17% super (HEW Level 7) Based At our St Lucia location About This Opportunity Join a highly team-oriented and future‑focused Information Technology Services (ITS) team, where you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing enterprise platforms that support the University’s teaching, research and operational excellence. In this role, you will lead the analysis, design and delivery of improvements across key systems including customer relationship management, records management, and ERP platforms. Working at the nexus of business and technology, you will contribute to solutions that are scalable, sustainable and aligned to organisational priorities.

Key responsibilities will include

- Leading the analysis and translation of business and technical requirements into effective system enhancements.
- Designing, developing, testing and implementing solutions across enterprise applications and platforms.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across technology, business and vendor teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Proactively managing application health, including identifying and addressing technical debt and performance improvements.

About You

You are a capable and motivated professional who thrives in a complex, service‑oriented environment. You bring strong analytical capability and a passion for improving systems and processes that enable organisational success.

- A relevant undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Proven experience administering and enhancing enterprise content management and/or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
- Experience gathering requirements, conducting business analysis, and improving processes.
- Demonstrated experience testing, documenting, and delivering system features or applications.
- Technical knowledge of systems such as EDRMS, CRM platforms, or similar enterprise applications.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills,



with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- A commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and delivering outcomes aligned to organisational goals.
