- HEW 7 $110,171 - $121,309 + 17% Superannuation

About the role:

As the Senior Adviser, Student Success (Conduct), you will play a pivotal role in supporting students through complex conduct matters with professionalism, empathy and confidence. Working in a student-centred environment, you'll analyse information, provide expert advice, foster strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to fair, consistent outcomes.

You will Bring:

- Significant experience in a complex administrative, advisory, regulatory or professional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
- Experience managing sensitive matters including Gender-Based Violence, discrimination, and any other student conduct related matters with discretion, professionalism and empathy.




- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder engagement, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence outcomes and work effectively across multiple teams in complex environments.
- Strong organisational and leadership capabilities, with a proven ability to prioritise competing demands, coordinate and support others, implement practical solutions, and drive continuous improvement, service excellence, and student-centred outcomes.
- A relevant degree and/or substantial subsequent experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and expertise.
