The Role

Working alongside experienced Registered Liquidators, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of corporate restructuring and insolvency engagements, including:

- Small Business Restructuring (SBR) engagements
- Voluntary Administrations (VAs)
- Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)

This firm intentionally focuses on advisory-led appointments, meaning you won't be working on Court Liquidations. You'll take ownership of your matters from appointment through to completion, while mentoring junior staff and building strong relationships with directors, accountants and other key stakeholders.

About You We're interested in speaking with professionals who have:
- 2-5+ years' experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring
- Experience managing corporate insolvency appointments including CVLs, VAs and/or SBRs
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage a portfolio of appointments with increasing autonomy
- A collaborative mindset and desire to mentor junior team members
