About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Analyst to provide advanced application support, technical expertise, and operational coordination across a diverse technology workplace.

Reporting to the Application Support Manager, you will lead complex troubleshooting activities, support problem management and application enhancements, mentor team members, and act as a key escalation point for critical incidents and service challenges.



You will also help ensure effective service continuity and support operations across the Application Support function.

Key responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operations and ensure service continuity during periods of Application Support Manager absence.
- Provide advanced Level 2 application support and lead incident resolution for complex issues.
- Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles and support processes that improve team effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and drive continuous improvements in customer experience and service delivery.
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive problem management activities.
- Support application upgrades, releases, testing and enhancements.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology partners.
- Maintain application security, access management and compliance requirements.
