We are looking for an Estimator - BOQ who will join our dynamic Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate take-offs, quantification and estimating across BOQ-related work.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Complete detailed BOQ take-offs accurately and efficiently
- Measure and quantify building materials, including items such as brickwork
- Prepare accurate cost estimates based on plans and specifications
- Review documentation carefully to ensure scope and quantities are correct
- Undertake hands‑on estimating work rather than relying heavily on external quoting
- Support the wider estimating function with strong technical capability and attention to detail
- Contribute to a productive and high‑performing team environment

We are ideally seeking candidates with:

- Proven BOQ estimating experience in residential construction
- Strong hands‑on take‑off capability
- The ability to measure, quantify and estimate accurately
- Solid understanding of estimating principles
- A sharp, productive and detail‑focused working style
