We are seeking a Change Manager to join on a 6-8-month contract to work on a large digital enterprise transformation piece of work.

You’ll deliver end-to-end Change & OCM support, including:

- Developing change impact assessments, strategies and plans.
- Engaging stakeholders ,establish and facilitate a change champion network.
- Conduct training and needs analysis.
- Define and track business readiness.
- Manage the GO LIVE window and the Hyer care period.

What we need:

- Proven experience leading change management for large-scale enterprise technology roll outs.
- Ideally working within State or Local Government.
- Experience as a Change Manager with a robust grasp of change principles, methodologies( Prosci, and tools).
- Strong communication skills & diverse stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels.
