You don't need to be an interior designer. You need taste, warmth on the phone, and the confidence to say "here's what I'd do."

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Advise homeowners by phone, email and video on product, fabrics and colours
- Respond to customers' photos and windows with short personalised video consultations
- Help customers measure with confidence, and answer their measuring and installation questions
- Help customers after the sale with any issues - delivery, installation,
or something not right with their order
- Be part of the team at our Seaford head office
WHO YOU ARE
- You've sold with taste before: furniture, flooring, kitchens and bathrooms, paint, shutters and awnings, lighting or homewares (or similar)
- Warm and unhurried on the phone - you'd rather advise than push
- You bring options and a recommendation, not just questions
- Window furnishings experience is highly regarded, but not required. We provide full training on our products and systems - the design judgement is the part we can't teach, so it's the part we hire for
WHAT YOU GET
- $70,000 - $85,000 + super, depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, 9-5. Your weekends stay yours
