For this, we have a dedicated team of senior mechanical plumbers who grow our business and continue to mentor apprentices to reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do:

- Hands-On Learning: Work alongside experienced professionals to install HVAC systems. This isn’t a desk job; you’ll be on your feet, tackling real problems every day.
- Problem Solving: Each job presents unique challenges. You’ll develop critical thinking and troubleshooting skills that are highly valued in the trade.
- Physical Demands: Be prepared for a physically demanding role that includes lifting, climbing, and working in our unpredictable Melbourne weather.

Collaborate closely with your team to ensure high-quality service and efficient job completion. Together, you’ll tackle challenges and celebrate successes.

Requirements:

- Current Driver's License and own car
- Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces - This is an important safety consideration.
