X-Golf is changing the way people experience golf.

We are part golf, part entertainment and definitely not the traditional golf club. Our venues bring together world-leading simulators, great food and drinks, competitions, events and a genuinely good time.

We have plenty happening across the brand. Now we need someone who can turn it into content people actually want to watch, while keeping our social channels active, responsive and growing.

This role will begin as a part-time contract position, working approximately two days per week, with genuine room to grow for the right person.

We are looking for someone who wants to get involved early, make the role their own and grow with the brand as our content and social media needs continue to expand.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable filming a Reel, editing a TikTok, writing a caption and jumping into the comments.

The role

As our Social Media & Content Coordinator, you will help manage X-Golf’s national organic social channels and create a consistent pipeline of engaging, platform-first content.

You will work closely with our marketing team to bring campaigns, venues, events, products and the broader X-Golf experience to life online.

This is not a role where you will spend two days sitting behind a desk scheduling static tiles.

You will be out in venues, capturing real moments, testing current ideas,



talking to people and finding creative ways to make golf entertainment stand out in the feed.

What you will be doing

Creating content

- Planning and coordinating regular content shoots
- Filming engaging short-form video across X-Golf venues
- Editing Reels, TikToks, Stories and other social-first content
- Capturing events, competitions, food, drinks, staff and customer experiences
- Turning one shoot into multiple pieces of content
- Identifying trends and adapting them to suit the X-Golf brand
- Building and maintaining an organised content library
- Supporting campaign launches with fresh social content

Managing our social channels

- Managing the national organic social content calendar
- Scheduling and publishing content across agreed platforms
- Writing captions that sound human, not like they came from a corporate handbook
- Managing comments, messages and day-to-day community engagement
- Finding opportunities to start conversations and grow the community
- Monitoring what is working and recommending what we should do more of
- Coordinating content needs with the broader marketing team
- Helping maintain a consistent brand voice across every post and interaction

Who we are looking for

You do not need to be a golfer, but you do need to understand how to make content people care about.

You will ideally have:

- Experience creating social media content for a brand, venue or consumer business
- Strong short-form video filming and editing skills
