Fine Edge Cabinets, an established small business located in Oakleigh South is seeking a qualified cabinet maker to join our team working in the factory and installing onsite.

A qualified cabinet maker with plenty of experience is ideal but will train you up if we need to.

Qualified hourly rate is $35 to $40 per hour based on experience.

This is a full-time role where you will get a mix of manufacturing in the factory and installing onsite.

What you'll be doing

- Manufacturing joinery
- Installing completed jobs onsite, mainly inner south east, all jobs are premanufactured in the factory
- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocols

What we’re looking for

- Tradesman experience is required, extensive knowledge of kitchen and joinery manufacturing
- Strong technical skills in cabinet installation, including the use of power tools and woodworking machinery
- Experienced in manufacturing curves, including working with bendy ply and laminate
- Installation experience,



being able to interpret plans and be quick on your feet to find solutions to problems
- Effective communication skills to work with your teamMust have a current driver's license
- Must be punctual and hard working
- Must have very high attention to detailand take pride in yourwork
