From you:

- Fluent spoken English
- A minimum Cert III in commercial cookery (or equivalent)
- Police Check or willing to obtain one
- Uniform: TraditionalWhite Chef jacket & pants, apron, chef hat, safety shoes.
- Chefs knives.
