Reporting to the Head of Digital Enablement, this Delivery Associate/Scrum Master supports successful project delivery by coordinating agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring progress against key milestones. The position works closely with project teams, product owners, managers, and stakeholders to remove impediments, drive effective sprint delivery, and promote agile ways of working. It also contributes to project governance, stakeholder engagement, financial tracking, vendor coordination, and risk management. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently while fostering a productive, accountable, and high‑performing team environment aligned with business and project objectives.
This is a fixed term contract until end of March 2028.
Your Key duties will include:
Partner closely with the Tech Lead, Project Manager, Product Manager to ensure explicit and consistent understanding of goals, scope, and product domain of the program
Facilitate sprints, meetings and daily stand-ups and retrospectives and show cases
Provide reporting and project management support from the team and in coordination with the rest of the program
Evolve techniques for effective Product Backlog management

About You
Proven experience as a Delivery Associate, Scrum Master, or in a similar agile delivery role
Experience within technology transformation programs,
ideally within the higher education industry
Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies and hybrid project environments
Demonstrated ability to facilitate sprint ceremonies, stand-ups, retrospectives and showcases
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and resolve conflicts
Robust project coordination capability, including reporting, governance, risk and issue management
Experience managing competing priorities independently with sound judgement and initiative
Financial and commercial acumen, including budget tracking, invoice management and vendor coordination
Relevant tertiary qualifications and project management certification, with Jira experience highly regarded
