About the role:

Due to continual growth within our company, we are currently looking for an experienced, committed Sales Estimator to join our dynamic team seeking potential career development.

Reporting directly to the Sales Estimating Manager, the successful applicant will join the team with a commitment to providing quality service.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

Provide accurate sales estimates as per client’s requests to combine, where applicable, standard options, non-standard options, earthworks and slab upgrades, ensure siting and requests comply with Australian regulatory requirements and body’s

Adhere to Mimosa Homes guidelines to ensure all information has been ascertained to determine fixed site costs when and if required

Support different areas of the business (including but not limited to)



the customer’s requirements (at sales stage) and to integrate options and variations required to complete contract quotation’s (including amendments when required), colour selection variations, client changes and post and pre contract variations

Provide specific documentation when required in line with Mimosa Homes design and construction details.

Provide accurate quantities and maintain Mimosa Homes Price Bookof standard options for our product rangeusing our Sales Estimatingsoftware

Set prices based on supplier rates and Mimosa set margin's

Liaise with all suppliers, trades and internal stakeholder’s when required

To be considered, you should possess:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role combined with the ability to interpret working drawings, technical knowledge ofconstruction methods

Self-motivated, values driven and target focused coupled with excellent communication skills, solid attention to detail and a quality focus
