We’re looking for a Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our Forbes team. No prior parts experience is needed — just the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the agricultural equipment industry.

The Opportunity:

- Assist customers — in person, over the phone and via email — to identify the right parts for their equipment and their operation
- Learn to source and order parts using our ERP system and OEM parts catalogues
- Prepare quotes and raise invoices accurately for parts sales
- Receive and receipt incoming parts stock — checking orders, shelving correctly and keeping storage areas tidy and organised
- Maintain a clean, well‑presented parts department including the showroom,



reception area and parts storage
- Assist with stock management and cycle counts — keeping inventory accurate and aligned with seasonal customer demand
- Support the Parts Manager and workshop team with day‑to‑day parts requirements

About You:

- A natural problem‑solver who enjoys working out what’s needed and finding the right solution
- Detail‑focused and accurate — in parts, the right component matters
- A strong communicator — comfortable talking to customers, technicians and suppliers
- Reliable, punctual and committed to showing up and giving it your best
- Keen to learn — you don’t need to know everything on day one, but you need to be genuinely interested in developing your knowledge
- An interest in agricultural machinery, farming or the trades is a real advantage
- Current driver’s licence is preferred
