You will prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes across our Bistro, Café, and function catering, under the Head Chef. You will ensure food safety standards are met and help drive menu innovation.

You will also supervise and train junior kitchen staff, oversee stock control, and maintain a clean, safe kitchen workplace. Weekend/evening work may be required as part of rosters.
