What you'll do

- Oversee the development and delivery of the CommBank App for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Mentor and support engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Drive technical discussions and decision-making to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to meet business objectives.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering,



with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in mobile application development for Android and iOS.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.

Skills & tools

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, and Objective-C.
- Experience with development tools and frameworks commonly used in mobile app development.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
