The Opportunity You'll play a key role in the delivery of major HVAC packages on large-scale data centre projects across Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you'll gain exposure to every stage of project delivery while progressively taking ownership of your own responsibilities as your experience grows.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the delivery of major HVAC construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Support project programming, procurement and subcontractor coordination.
- Work closely with site teams to ensure projects remain on programme and within budget.
- Liaise with clients,



consultants, builders and suppliers.
- Assist in managing project documentation, RFIs, variations and reporting.
- Monitor project costs and contribute to financial forecasting.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Help drive quality, safety and programme outcomes across multiple work fronts.

About You

We're interested in candidates who are eager to learn and build a long-term career in mechanical contracting.

Ideally you’ll have

- Previous experience as a Project Engineer, Junior Project Manager or Project Coordinator within the HVAC / Mechanical Services industry.
- Experience delivering commercial building services projects.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced mentors.
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Full Australian working rights.
