About the Chance
We are seeking a highly motivated, autonomous Territory Manager with a passion for premium spirits and the history and craftsmanship of the brands they represent.
This is a premium field role taking full ownership of our Victorian portfolio where you will manage independent off-premise retail stores and a diverse mix of on-premise hospitality venues.
We believe in a true work-life balance and we have re-engineered the sales week accordingly. You will work a structured a four-day week, giving you a 3-day weekend while seeing our clients during their peak buying windows.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dual-Channel Portfolio Management:
Nurture existing wholesale relationships across independent retail liquor store and hospitality venues.
- New Business: Identify leads and secure new business.
- Strategic Brand Placement: Identify and secure premium retail shelf space, menu listings, and pourage agreements across your territory.
- Brand Advocacy & Education: Conduct professional product tastings, masterclasses, and venue staff training to drive authentic brand engagement.
- Events: Attend expos and trade events as required with an emphasis on brand history and distilling techniques.
- Commercial Analysis: Execute targeted promotional strategies and fulfil quarterly volume and distribution benchmarks.
- Territory Route Planning: Design and execute a structured weekly travel schedule from Monday to Thursday to maintain impactful, face-to-face client contact.
- Interstate Travel: Travel to South Australia 3 times per year to nurture on premise and off premise accounts in a small, boutique market.
What We Seek:
- A passion for product knowledge
- A minimum 5 years of established sales experience (wholesale distribution or hospitality background highly regarded)
- A confident communicator, focused on building long term lasting relationships.
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Innovative approach to win business and deliver excellent customer service.
- Exceptional time management skills and a self-driven approach necessary to maximize a compressed four-day schedule.
- Flexibility for travel (including interstate)
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and a current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
