Job Description

Melbourne Recruitment and Consultants, Australia Kash Restaurants T/A National Hotel, located in Stawell, Victoria, is seeking an experienced Bottle Shop Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced liquor retail or hospitality professional to support the successful operation of the bottle shop. The role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work closely with the management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the bottle shop
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and maintain effective inventory control
- Liaise with suppliers and manage product availability
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing requirements and RSA obligations
- Maintain product presentation and support promotional activities
- Assist with monitoring sales, expenses, and daily business operations
- Supervise, train, and support bottle shop staff
- Provide a high level of customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally





Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required

- Relevant qualifications in retail, hospitality, business, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a retail, liquor, or hospitality management role
- Current RSA certificate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Salary and Benefits

A market-competitive salary of $75,000 to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation will be offered based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
