Talent Corp is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of transformation across a major asset management program. You will ensure adoption of current systems, processes and data governance practices while working in a Bendigo-based hybrid setup.
You will develop change strategies, conduct impact assessments, engage stakeholders across Finance, IT and leadership, design communications, and partner with training teams to deliver end-user training.
