The role:

We are seeking a Property Manager competent in all aspects of Property Management. One who builds a great rapport with Landlords and Tenants alike. The main points of your role would be to assist with:

Clear communication with landlords and tenants





Oversee and guide your assistant

Lease renewals, rent reviews, and rental appraisals

Fill in for Routine, entry, and exit inspections only when required

Maintenance coordination and contractor management

Arrears monitoring and follow-up

Being systems based and utilizing the technology in place.

Invoicing, file management, and compliance

What you'll bring:

- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Current driver's licence
- Great communication and people skills
- Strong organisation and time management
