The Role





As an Interior Designer in ourMelbourneteam,you’llsupport projects from briefing and concept through design development,documentationand construction delivery.You’llwork closely with senior designers, clients, consultants, businessdevelopmentand construction teams to create commercial environments that are thoughtful,functionaland ready to be built.

Responsibilities will include:

- Develop creative, practical design concepts that respond to client briefs, scope,budgetand project outcomes.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams to deliver seamless design solutions.
- Partner with clients to understand their culture,brandand operational needs, delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.
- Prepare high-quality design documentation from concept through to construction.
- Workhand-in-handwith Marketing, Commercial and Construction teams to support smooth end-to-end delivery.
- Incorporate global best practice, think laterally, and contribute innovative ideas across projects.
- Grow your capability through mentorship and ongoing feedback from senior designers.

What you Bring

This role will suit a commercially minded Interior Designer with around 3–5 years’ experience who is ready to step into a broad, hands-on role.You’llbe comfortable contributing across concept, documentation and delivery, andyou’llbring the curiosity, flexibility and attention to detail needed to thrive in a growing team.

- A tertiary qualification in Interior Design, ArchitecturalDesignor a related discipline.
- Demonstratedexperience in commercial interior design, ideally across workplace,fit-outor design and construct environments.
- The ability to communicate design ideas clearly, from early sketches and mood boards through to client-ready presentations.
- Strong design,documentationand visualisation skills, with confidence using Revit, Enscape, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
- A solid understanding of building codes, quality standards, documentationrequirementsand buildability.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
