Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for demolition, earthworks and related civil projects.
- Review project scopes, drawings and specifications.
- Analyse material, equipment and labour costs.
- Progress claim management.
- Regularly assess commercial and contractual risks
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Assist with pricing proposals, value engineering and risk assessments.
- Support project planning and budgeting.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience estimating demolition & earthworks projects
- Minimum 3 years of demolition and earthworks estimating experience required.
- Fluent English – excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills.
- Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Valid driver's license
