We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant Branch Manager to support our branch operations, lead a high-performing team, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supervisor or hospitality leader looking to take the next step in their management career.
About the Role
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and support a team delivering exceptional customer experiences
Assist in the day-to-day management of branch operations
Drive customer satisfaction, sales performance, and operational efficiency
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve their best
Coordinate vehicle readiness to ensure customers start their journey on time
Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service partners
Champion a positive safety culture and operational excellence
What You'll Bring:
Leadership experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, retail, rentals, or a similar industry
Strong communication and people leadership skills
The ability to make decisions and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing competing priorities and operational demands
Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
RV, tourism, vehicle rental, or automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
