The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll own the coordination and delivery of all marketing activity across the business.

Working closely with our sales team, you'll manage multiple property campaigns simultaneously, coordinate media suppliers, oversee brand consistency, deliver memorable client events and continually improve our marketing processes.

You'll become the central point of contact for all marketing activity, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing end-to-end property marketing campaigns from listing through to launch.
- Partnering with sales agents to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.
- Coordinating photographers, videographers, designers, printers and media suppliers.
- Managing campaign timelines and ensuring deadlines are consistently achieved.




- Overseeing quality control across all marketing collateral.
- Planning and coordinating client events, promotional activities and community initiatives.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Supporting digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Managing marketing systems, databases and campaign administration.
- Identifying opportunities to improve marketing processes, efficiency and customer experience.

About You

You are someone who enjoys taking ownership and delivering exceptional outcomes.

You are highly organised, naturally proactive and able to manage multiple competing priorities without compromising quality.

You'll also bring:

- Previous experience in marketing, campaign management or project coordination.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience within real estate is highly regarded but not essential.
