Yard Hand / Forklift Operator – Immediate Start | Burpengary QLD

$37/hr + super | Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 3:30pm

Are you a hands-on Yard Hand / Forklift Operator who likes keeping things moving? We’re looking for a reliable and experienced person to join a busy warehouse and yard team in Burpengary.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role — from jumping on the forklift and moving freight, to keeping the yard organised and ensuring stock, tools, and equipment are ready to go.

What’s on Offer

$37 per hour + super (casual)

Full-time Monday to Friday hours

7:30am – 3:30pm roster

Immediate start available (ideally Tuesday/Wednesday this week – 21st/22nd July )

Strong opportunity to transition into a permanent position

The Role

You’ll help keep warehouse and yard operations running smoothly, including:

Operating a counterbalance forklift

Moving palletised and awkward/ugly freight

Loading and unloading deliveries





Putting stock away and preparing materials

Assisting with general yard duties, cleaning, and keeping the site organised

Supporting stock control and equipment movements

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Current forklift licence (essential)

Recent counterbalance forklift experience

Previous yard, warehouse, or stores experience

A reliable work history and strong work ethic

A safety-first attitude and willingness to get involved

Ability to start immediately
