Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a Community Support Worker to provide culturally protected, strengths-based support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community members within the Healthy Ageing Program and HACC PYP.

Reporting to the Community Support Services Manager, you will connect clients with health and community services, advocate for their needs, and support participation in services and activities that enhance wellbeing and independence.
