As part of this growth, we are expanding our Service Department and seeking a Qualified Diagnostic Technician to join our high‑performing workshop team.

About the Role
As a Diagnostic Technician, you'll be responsible for identifying and repairing complex mechanical and electrical faults while supporting the workshop in delivering premium service standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic vehicle faults.
- Performing advanced vehicle testing and repairs.
- Using Lexus diagnostic equipment and repair information.
- Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Assisting technicians with complex repair procedures when required.
- Ensuring repair documentation is completed accurately.
- Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient work environment.
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- A qualified Automotive Technician.
- Strong diagnostic and fault‑finding experience.
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician within a Toyota or Lexus dealership will be highly regarded.
- Experience with hybrid and modern vehicle systems (desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Robust problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence.
- A commitment to delivering premium workmanship.
