What you'll do

- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
- Support the implementation of current systems and enhancements, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Document processes, requirements, and user stories to guide development teams.





Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with retail management systems and point-of-sale technology.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Experience with SQL for data analysis.

Practical notes

Salary range: AUD $140,000-$150,000 plus superannuation. This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for flexibility in your work environment.
