The Constructive Collective is looking for a senior civil engineer to lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure and land development projects in Australia. You will oversee from planning to construction support and provide technical guidance to the team.

Ideal candidates have around 10+ years experience, and are comfortable mentoring engineers, leading small teams, and managing client relationships. Proficiency in 12d or Civil 3D is preferred.
