You’ll support the secure handling, movement, and management of client records within a fast‑paced facility setting
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files
- Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks
- Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing
- Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles
- Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required)
- Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records
About You
- Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical when locating, retrieving, and refiling confidential client records
- Physical fitness - ability to lift, carry, bend, reach heights, and stand for extended periods in a warehouse environment
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to follow precise filing and retrieval procedures
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and security protocols at all times
- Methodical approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy over speed
- Forklift or order picker licence
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience
- Familiarity with barcode scanning systems or warehouse management software
- Understanding of records management principles or experience in a document‑handling environment
- Experience working with filing systems or location‑based retrieval processes
Full training will be provided to ensure you meet the high standards required in records management operations.
