Five Senses Coffee is looking for a passionate Coffee Machine Technician to join our Melbourne team. This full-time role will see you working with premium coffee equipment in some of Victoria’s best cafés.

From installations and repairs to preventative maintenance and workshop overhauls, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers’ coffee machines perform at their best. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, gain hands-on experience with industry leading equipment and build strong relationships with our café partners.

Full training will be provided to help you develop the technical skills and confidence needed to succeed in the role, all you need is the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.

What we are Seeking

- A hands-on problem solver with a strong work ethic.
- A positive attitude and great communication skills.
- Technical aptitude—whether gained through experience or formal qualifications.
- Highly motivated and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Tech-savvy and methodical,



ensuring all electronic service paperwork is completed correctly and promptly.
- Electrical or electronic knowledge, with a Restricted Electrical License (REL) being a plus,
- Attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
- Enjoy solving technical issues and fault finding.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and maintain high-quality working relationships with customers and Five Senses Coffee colleagues.
- Carry out onsite installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Perform workshop overhauls of coffee equipment to maintain high service standards.
- Provide backup support for spare parts operations, including receiving stock and ordering from suppliers.
- Maintain company assets such as service van, tools, and spare parts stock.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of electronic service records.
- Participate in the afterhours callout roster.
