About the Role

You’ll attend residential appointments across Melbourne and help customers with:

- Plumbing upgrades and replacements
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing solutions
- Leak detection and repair recommendations
- Hot water system replacements and repairs
- Drainage and maintenance opportunities
- Quoting and closing repair/replacement work
- Building strong customer relationships
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences

What We’re Looking For

- Licensed Plumber - Type A Gas Servicing licence highly regarded, but not essential
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation
- Self-motivated and sales-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Robust problem-solving ability

Previous experience in residential plumbing sales or quoting is highly regarded.
