With a growing network of retail stores across Melbourne, we're looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Full-Time Delivery Driver to join our team.

About the Role
As our Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of our handcrafted gelato and related products to Piccolina stores throughout Melbourne.
Working from our Mount Waverley production facility, you'll ensure every delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition while providing friendly and professional service to our customers.
This role requires early morning starts usually 5am-7am depending on the season and availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain a refrigerated company delivery vehicle.
- Load, transport, and unload gelato and related products with care.
- Complete scheduled deliveries to Piccolina stores and wholesale customers across metropolitan Melbourne.
- Ensure deliveries are accurate, on time, and professionally presented.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine vehicle safety checks.
- Complete delivery documentation and communicate any issues promptly.
- Assist with packing orders and general warehouse or production duties when required.
- Represent the Piccolina brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service.

Skills & Experience
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence (essential).
- Excellent driving record.
- Previous delivery driving, courier, logistics, or warehouse experience is highly regarded.
- Good knowledge of Melbourne roads and suburbs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Full Australian working rights.

Our production kitchen is located in an industrial area with limited public transport access. Applicants with their own reliable transport are strongly preferred. Free on-site parking is available for all staff.
