As we continue to grow, we are seeking a proactive, organised and customer-focused Property Management Associate to support a high-performing Rental Department in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a strong desire to build a successful career in property management. You will provide vital day-to-day support, assisting with a range of administrative, client-facing, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with coordinating rental property advertising and inspection times
- Liaise with renters, landlords, and tradespeople to ensure prompt communication and resolution of issues
- Provide administrative support such as diary management, document preparation, compliance tracking and data entry
- Help manage rental arrears, lease renewals, and routine inspections
- Prepare reports and correspondence as required
- Support with filing, database maintenance and general office duties as directed by the two Department Heads
About You
- Previous experience in a property management or real estate support role (preferred but not essential)
- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or willingness to obtain
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Close attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software (e.g. PropertyMe or similar) is an advantage
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
