Senior / Associate Structural Engineer

- 8 years consultancy experience in Australia

- $140 - 180k Super

- Experience in a major Australian city required

- Solid technical skills; FEA analysis, design review, project verification

- Extensive project management skills, from early concept stage

- Oversee delivery, DD and QA of design by others

- Client account management, maintain relationships

- Business development capabilities, networking and events

- Inspiring leader,

- Citizenship, CPEng required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE:

- Demonstrated portfolio large commercial buildings

- Exceptional technical design and management skills

- Documentation, project management, design review skills

- Team management and mentoring experience

- Excellent project delivery skills

- Financial management, P&L;, bid&tender;, forecasting, resourcing

- Experience building&maintaining; client relationships

- Excellent communication skills, a desire to learn and work as a team
