They are looking for an exceptional Senior Associate to help shape the future of their Family Law practice.
They also welcome confidential enquiries from experienced solicitors seeking a white-label arrangement under an established and reputable legal brand.
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced lawyer who has built a strong reputation, enjoys developing referral relationships, and is ready to take the next step towards partnership. About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Family Lawyer with experience managing all aspects of family law matters, from initial client engagement through to settlement, while delivering high-quality legal services. Experience in Wills & Estates is also desirable.
About You
- 6 years' PAE (or equivalent experience)
- Strong technical expertise in Family Law
- Excellent advocacy,
negotiation and drafting skills
- Commercially minded with a proven ability to build and grow a practice
- An established client following, with the ability to transition clients and referral relationships
- A solid referral network and demonstrated success in generating new business
- Leadership experience with a genuine interest in mentoring junior lawyers
- Accredited Specialist status is highly regarded but not essential
